PAEK - PEEK / PEKK

TiTaMED has been putting extensive research into the manufacturing techniques of working with commercial and medical grade, unfilled or reinforced Polyaryletherketones such as PEEK or PEKK.

We have special tooling and machinery to machine the thermoplastic at high speeds without contaminating the material and keeping its physical structure intact.

Not only are we able to machine PEEK / PEKK, but with specially modified injection molding machines we are also able to injection mold parts out of PEEK / PEKK. This not only enables us to mold more intricate parts, with inserts of other materials, but additionally makes production a much more viable option.
