TiTaMED can manufacture high precision and complex components. We have significant experience working with exotic materials such as titanium, aluminium and stainless steel. TiTaMED is also expanding its plastic injection moulding capabilities to incorporate plastic injection of implantable high wear thermoplastics, such as PEKK or PEEK.

To guarantee our high standards of work and traceability, we have a quality management system in place (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, CE) accredited by SGS in the UK.

TiTaMED has extensive experience in research, development and manufacturing of products in the medical field and aeronautical industry; from this experience TiTaMED is in a prime position to manufacture for your company under your brand name (Original Equipment Manufacture - OEM) in any field not restricted to medical or aeronatics.
