Factory

TiTaMED prides itself in its extrememly clean, organised and comprehensive factory. We have multi axis turning centres with live tooling, milling machines, lathes, EDM wirecuts, laser markers and plastic injection machines. TiTaMED also has an in-house testing center, where we can perform load and fatigue tests on various components/products. Our machines are regularly serviced and kept in pristine condition.

To prevent any interruptions and to ensure a continuous stable power supply to all our machines and computers, our entire factory is run off live UPSs and a backup generator.

TiTaMED is continuously looking to incorporate new manufacturing techniques and machines into our factory and design methodology to accomodate for new designs and manufacture methods of complex componenets.
